Somewhere between the Digital and the Analog

Fine Art

These striking pieces are created from a reclaimed surfing or ocean related treasure found amongst the sand, surf and reef. They are lovingly, carefully and creatively dipped into paint, then gently pressed canvas in order to create a one of a kind impression. These art pieces are made using items, trash if you will, that has been recovered from the reefs, beaches and coastlines we visit. Old sunglasses that were lost in the shorebreak, fins from surfboards that were ripped out by the kelp or reef, dive masks found drifting along sandy bottoms in Hawaii and surfboards rescued from dumpsters and back alleys.

Photography

For as long as I can remember, a camera has been an extension of my being. For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated myself to capturing the world through its lens. I’ve journeyed alongside bands, delved into the stories of forgotten communities, immortalized my love for the ocean, and pursued the essence of wanderlust through the lens of travel. Each image I create is more than a snapshot—it’s a window into the emotions I felt in that fleeting moment, an invitation for others to share in the beauty and depth of those experiences. An endless pursuit of connection, perspective, and the art of seeing the extraordinary in the everyday.
